Clinically-Defined Blood and Bone Marrow

Cureline collects biospecimens from patients with all types of hematologic malignancies (ALL, AML, CLL, CML, MM, MDS, etc.) in the chronic and crisis stages of the disease. Cancer blood, bone marrow aspirate and bone marrow Human Tumor Tissues">trephine biopsy specimens obtained from these patients are used for cellular and molecular analyses for drug discovery pre clinical research drug safely evaluation, biomarker development and pre-selection of indications for clinical trials.

Biosample Collection and Research Services

Cureline team works closely with principal investigators and project managers on developing custom protocols, conducting feasibility studies and managing biosample acquisition projects.

Standard acquisition protocols for the collection of clinically-defined hematologic malignancies specimens include:

  • Collection of fresh cancer blood and preparation of human viable blood cells or frozen PBMC pellets
  • Collection of cancer bone marrow aspirate and preparation of viable BMMC or frozen BMMC pellets
  • Preparation of cancer bone marrow FFPE ( Human Tumor Tissues">trephine biopsy FFPE and paraffin-embedded BMMC pellets)
